Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Ship Systems Integration (SSI) portfolio and Program Management Team, driving program plans, metrics, schedules, budgets, and business cases for on-time contractual execution within scope and budget.
  • •Execute approximately $200M in annual sales responsibilities in an SSIS business support role with director-level reporting.
  • •Manage Raytheon command media compliance, RTX Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM) gating requirements, and Estimate at Completion (EAC) approvals, and run weekly/monthly depot and customer reviews.
  • •Coordinate across functional areas (program, finance, quality, logistics, and operations) to meet business, program, and internal/external customer commitments.
  • •Identify risks and opportunities, maintain an updated risk register, facilitate team empowerment, and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams on proposals and Basis of Estimates (BOEs).

Key Requirements

  • •University degree (or equivalent experience) with at least 12 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 10 years of experience.
  • •Prior program management / leadership management experience.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, quality, finance).
  • •Strong customer relationship experience (internal and external).
  • •Program Management Level 5 Certification (or equivalent) plus strong financial/business acumen (including P&L ownership) and proposal/BOE experience.
