Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee multiple reconditioning lines and plan production for a full working shift.
  • •Manage facilities to meet or exceed production, cost, and quality targets when the General Manager is not onsite.
  • •Identify bottlenecks affecting site throughput and efficiency; conduct root cause analysis and execute action plans with site leadership and associates.
  • •Conduct weekly site performance reviews with Senior Reconditioning leadership and guide daily site manager huddles.
  • •Support continuous improvement projects and develop Reconditioning Lead and Manager populations via development plans and competency-based feedback, while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and loss prevention guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of management experience in an automotive or lean manufacturing environment.
  • •Ability to lead a team of 50+ associates and develop employees.
  • •Proven ability to solve urgent operational challenges using root cause analysis.
  • •Excellent communication skills.
  • •Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean record in the last 3 years; must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English and be at least 18 years old.
