Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver safe, appropriate nursing care using the nursing process for a defined patient population.
  • •Identify care outcomes, assure quality by measuring health outcomes against goals, and recommend necessary adjustments.
  • •Perform basic assessments and determine normal vs abnormal characteristics, observing signs/symptoms and medication/treatment reactions.
  • •Plan and implement patient care, manage reporting/referrals, and initiate emergency procedures when indicated.
  • •Document direct and indirect patient care in the electronic medical record and collaborate with care teams through communication and problem-solving.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • •Minimum 3 years of nursing experience.
  • •Ability to perform patient assessment and clinical decision-making aligned with competency framework (L2).
  • •Competence in pharmacology and medication management (L2) and wound care/scar management (L2).
  • •ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills.
