Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary executive point of contact across the client C-suite and build long-term relationships tied to the client’s strategic agenda.
  • •Develop and execute expansion roadmaps to drive ARR and NRR growth, identifying new business units, geographies, use cases, and platform capabilities.
  • •Lead commercial negotiations for expansions, renewals, and multi-year enterprise agreements in partnership with Deal Desk and Legal.
  • •Translate adoption milestones and realized value into renewal confidence and expansion urgency via executive business reviews.
  • •Position Celonis within the client’s operations strategy, connecting process intelligence to LLM, automation, and agentic AI investments; proactively manage commercial risk and account strategy.
  • •Codify account strategies and maintain disciplined account plans, pipeline strategy, coverage, and forecast accuracy for a small set of complex accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years in enterprise SaaS sales or strategic account management, including at least 5 years managing accounts with $5M+ ARR.
  • •Deep industry expertise in utilities, with credibility to discuss industry-specific challenges and transformation priorities.
  • •Track record of growing ARR within named accounts over multi-year horizons, expanding platform footprint beyond renewals.
  • •Executive presence to lead strategic conversations with CFOs, COOs, and CIOs and influence complex buying decisions.
  • •Experience navigating enterprise transformations (ERP consolidations, cloud migrations, M&A, organizational restructuring) while maintaining commercial momentum.
