Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead incident investigations, conduct RCAs, and implement corrective actions.
  • •Act as onsite authority for EHS activities: inspections, audits, toolbox talks, and real-time risk mitigation.
  • •Develop and coach high-performing EHS teams, including delegation and talent development.
  • •Review and refine EHS processes, procedures, and forms to stay aligned with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
  • •Build and sustain a proactive safety culture and ensure all project teams return home safely every day.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety or related field (preferred).
  • •8+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience in the construction industry.
  • •OSHA 30 required; OSHA 500/510 strongly preferred.
  • •Exceptional leadership, coaching, mentoring, and teambuilding abilities.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MS 365, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and digital reporting systems.
