Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s Degree in Mechanical Design or Drafting with at least 5 years of mechanical design experience, preferably in HVAC, industrial equipment, or manufacturing.
  • •OR a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years of mechanical design experience, preferably in HVAC, industrial equipment, or manufacturing.
  • •Proficiency with CAD tools such as PTC Creo, SolidWorks, or Inventor.
  • •Familiarity with GD&T, design for manufacturability, tolerance analysis, engineering change management, and PLM/ERP/document control systems.
  • •Ability to create accurate engineering documentation and contribute to continuous improvement through sound technical judgment.
