Key Responsibilities

•Manage production through a detailed daily production plan based on Planning data and set objectives
•Promote a safety, quality, and continuous improvement culture within the team
•Support, train and develop team members to foster professional growth and collaboration
•Collaborate with SHE Manager and Quality Manager for continuous health, safety, and product quality improvements (HACCP implementation)
•Ensure operators are adequately trained to perform their duties and maintain high engagement and adherence to systems and procedures

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Chemical Engineering, or Food Technology with 5 years of experience in the role; alternatively a technical diploma with 10 years of experience
•Experience in a production environment with leadership or coordination responsibilities
•Solid knowledge of production basics and production planning systems (MRP, MPS, Demand Pull, etc.)
•Ability to motivate and develop diverse teams
•Strong focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement, with strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
