Supply Chain & Procurement Manager Belgium

Lead end-to-end supply chain and procurement activities, managing the Purchase and Customer Service team to ensure smooth daily operations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across forecasting, inventory management, service levels, digitization, and process optimization. Deliver cost-efficient solutions through tendering, supplier relationship management, and negotiation, while partnering with sales, production, and development. Manage reporting and KPIs and contribute to Sika Belgium’s growth and success across both sites.
