Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Purchase and Customer Service team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • •Coach employees, track their development, and set up regular coordination moments to build structure and engagement.
  • •Own end-to-end supply chain processes and guide improvement projects for forecasting, inventory management, service levels, digitization, and process optimization.
  • •Develop cost-efficient solutions through tendering, supplier relationship management, and negotiation.
  • •Manage critical processes and reporting, monitor KPIs, initiate actions with the management team, and collaborate with sales, production, and development.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor- or master’s degree in supply chain, logistics, procurement, business administration, or a related field.
  • •At least 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain and/or procurement, including experience leading teams and developing employees.
  • •Strong analytical skills, comfortable with negotiation, and able to take responsibility.
  • •Strategic mindset with a practical approach, able to bridge different departments.
  • •Experience in an industrial/technical environment; SAP and Power BI knowledge and technical affinity are strong pluses.
