Senior Operations Manager (Relocation Required)

Oversee multiple reconditioning lines at Carvana’s Inspection & Reconditioning Center, planning production shift-by-shift and ensuring targets for production, cost, and quality are met. Step in for the General Manager when they’re not onsite, diagnose throughput bottlenecks with root-cause analysis, and lead weekly performance reviews and daily huddles. Drive continuous improvement and develop reconditioning leaders and managers through structured plans and feedback, while ensuring health, safety, and loss prevention compliance.
