Key Responsibilities

  • •Research, design, and build automated systems and applications to reduce human intervention and improve efficiency.
  • •Develop and document automation processes for internal automation and development projects.
  • •Implement improvements to automated systems/applications with measurable results in revenue and/or quality.
  • •Develop resilient CI/CD automation pipelines and execute test execution for project and support activities, including performance test scripts.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize automation performance against contracted KPIs, provide technical direction/training, and participate in design and code reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Seasoned experience maintaining automation systems and/or applications.
  • •Seasoned understanding of computer programming and software development.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot technology and perform complex system tests.
  • •Programming/scripting skills in Python, Java, or C# (preferred).
  • •Seasoned experience with robotics, AI, and machine learning, plus CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
