Job Function: Business Development & Partnerships

Key Responsibilities

•Execute outbound prospecting initiatives to generate qualified meetings and pipeline in your assigned territory.
•Generate New Logo opportunities and Growth opportunities on existing customer accounts.
•Conduct high-level discovery conversations with target accounts to understand business needs and qualify opportunities.
•Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly SAO targets by converting qualified prospects into opportunities.
•Collaborate with Field, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to build targeted account lists and campaigns.

Key Requirements

•Proven ability to conduct outbound prospecting and generate qualified meetings; capable of handling a high volume of outreach.
•Strong communication skills: positive and energetic phone presence, active listening, and clear writing.
•Ability to prioritize tasks and drive projects independently, persisting through setbacks to achieve outcomes.
•Familiarity with CRM/prospecting tools (Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Outreach) or similar platforms; comfortable with data tracking and reporting.
•English proficiency is required; prior tech industry or sales development experience is a plus.
