Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development of junior team members through day-to-day guidance and knowledge sharing.
  • •Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers; facilitate stakeholder meetings and conflict/issue resolution.
  • •Lead overall project management to meet quality, cost, statutory compliance, safety, environmental standards, and scheduling requirements.
  • •Manage master programme implementation and keep master/short-term programmes (weekly work plans, look-ahead schedules, inspection timelines) updated and communicated.
  • •Manage procurement for consultants (scopes, bid evaluation, contract negotiation) and produce project reports including risks, decisions, and action items.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Construction, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 15 years’ experience managing Industrial / Science / Semiconductor projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
  • •Proven experience leading small to medium-sized construction projects of low to medium complexity.
  • •Strong communication and leadership skills; fluency in English required.
