Key Responsibilities

  • •Enhance electrical engineering skills through digital, analog, and/or RF hardware testing and debugging of complex circuit card assemblies or electro-mechanical systems.
  • •Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and engineering disciplines to achieve/document concurrence and resolve issues during production, testing, and integration.
  • •Drive program execution including cost, schedule, and technical oversight throughout the product lifecycle for airborne electrical products.
  • •Provide technical oversight and direction, including cost estimation, tracking & reporting, and preparation of detailed technical team reports.
  • •Support development and sustainment activities for airborne electrical products, including coordination and proposal support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM field with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience with RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed signal circuit design or analysis and/or digital signal processing.
  • •Familiarity with laboratory equipment such as waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and/or network analyzers.
  • •Experience performing hands-on troubleshooting of complex circuit card assemblies or electro-mechanical systems.
  • •Experience with electrical engineering design of circuit card assemblies (CCA), electro-mechanical subsystems, and electrical test/production or supplier support (preferred).
