Design and build mission-critical backend services for high-volume on-chain transaction flows across EVM and non-EVM networks. Own end-to-end API and component development, lead integrations with DeFi protocols, on-chain data sources, and blockchain nodes, and optimize production systems for performance, reliability, and security. Collaborate with product, protocol research, and platform engineering to deliver scalable multi-chain access and transaction execution pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and build robust, scalable backend services for high-volume on-chain transaction flows across multiple blockchain networks.
•Own end-to-end development of backend components and APIs from architecture decisions to production deployment.
•Lead DeFi and blockchain node integrations with on-chain data sources across many chains and ecosystems.
•Research and evaluate emerging blockchain technologies, protocols, and standards.
•Optimize production systems for performance, reliability, and security to reduce latency and increase throughput.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: PLN 300,000 - 3,800,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience as a Backend or Full Stack Engineer.
•Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or equivalent degree/experience.
•Deep blockchain/Web3 knowledge, including transaction lifecycles, consensus mechanisms, smart contract interactions, and on-chain data.
•Experience across multiple blockchain ecosystems (EVM and non-EVM such as Solana, TON, Tron).
•Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript, plus experience designing and operating microservices in CI/CD environments.
