Key Responsibilities

  • •Configure and maintain Fenergo (or other systems) solution components.
  • •Translate business requirements into Fenergo configuration and platform solutions, including client journeys, workflow steps, business rules, validations, and user interfaces.
  • •Support sprint planning, configuration build activities, and release management, participating in design workshops and requirements gathering.
  • •Support stakeholder engagement, including client demonstrations and collaboration with Business Analysts, SMEs, Compliance teams, and client stakeholders.
  • •Perform unit testing of configuration changes and support SIT, UAT, and production deployment plus troubleshooting post go-live.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 35,000 - 60,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •2–5+ years hands-on experience configuring FenX or other systems for client lifecycle workflows and user/client management.
  • •Strong understanding of Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), client onboarding, and KYC/CDD processes including AML and financial crime controls.
  • •Experience configuring workflows, rules, and client journeys within Fenergo.
  • •Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into platform configurations.
  • •Fluent English with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
