Key Responsibilities

•Lead and guide customers through architecture, implementation, and deployment of Kong technology, designing end-to-end solution architectures and providing hands-on technical delivery.
•Oversee customer projects, guiding installation and implementation of Kong solutions in hyperscalers, hybrid, or on-prem environments.
•Drive outcome-based professional services, lead technical discussions, and provide thought leadership across the customer adoption journey.
•Collaborate with internal teams (product engineering, customer success, account teams) to maximize value of the Kong investment for customers.
•Create reusable tools and documentation (technical docs, white papers, reference architectures, design patterns) based on customer experiences.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 120,960 - 173,000 annually
