Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day lounge bar operations, ensuring high service standards and adherence to company policies.
  • •Recruit, train, coach, and supervise team members to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
  • •Manage staff scheduling and workforce planning to support business requirements and operational efficiency.
  • •Control inventory levels, oversee stock rotation, and conduct regular stock checks to minimise waste and shortages.
  • •Monitor financial performance and sales trends to implement actions that maximise revenue and profitability, while ensuring guest satisfaction and compliance with licensing, health, safety, and reporting requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or a degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management.
  • •Minimum 3 years of management experience in a bar, hotel, or signature restaurant environment.
  • •Working knowledge of the UAE beverage (alcohol) supplier industry and understanding of OPEX and CAPEX expenses.
  • •Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational, and computer skills, including proficiency in reservation systems.
  • •Demonstrated expertise in people management, inventory management, customer service excellence, and mixology.
