Key Responsibilities

•Lead and execute inventory management processes with a focus on inventory accuracy and shrink reduction.
•Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General Manager.
•Manage key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
•Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor and maintain stockroom standards and processes.
•Directly oversee the Operations Associates; recruit and develop talent; leverage metrics to drive business strategies.

Salary: USD 22 - 26 hourly
