Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute inventory management processes with a focus on inventory accuracy and shrink reduction.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General Manager.
  • •Manage key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor and maintain stockroom standards and processes.
  • •Directly oversee the Operations Associates; recruit and develop talent; leverage metrics to drive business strategies.
