•Strong leadership with a proven ability to manage and develop a team and foster a positive team spirit.
•Ability to coordinate commercial and organizational activities (animations, events, launches, CRM campaigns, etc.) and drive store strategy.
•Stock management experience including maintaining appropriate stock levels and applying merchandising strategies.
