Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and manage initial and recurrent training compliance for A220 Flight Crew and Cabin Crew.
  • •Oversee Flight Crew line flight proficiency checks, emergency procedures training, recurrent simulator and ground training, upgrade training, and medical compliance.
  • •Ensure aircrew legalities/expiry databases and aircrew records/documentation comply with company operations manuals and applicable CASA legislation.
  • •Provide administrative and operational support to the Part 121 Training organisation.
  • •Implement rostering amendments in response to training disruptions while ensuring replanning remains compliant with Industrial Agreements, CASA regulations, and internal procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years’ recent experience in operational industries (e.g., aviation/transport), preferably in rostering, training, or operational roles.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of airline operating practices, regulatory guidelines, and compliance requirements.
  • •Proven ability to work in a high-pressure, time-critical team environment, execute independently, and manage conflicting priorities.
  • •Detailed knowledge of aircrew awards and relevant CASA regulations.
  • •Good computer skills with experience in database operations and proven influencing, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
