Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end delivery of financial planning processes for complex markets and regions, ensuring adherence to global standards, governance, and timelines.
  • •Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements, resolve complex planning challenges, and drive adoption of global planning processes and solutions.
  • •Lead implementation of planning process improvements, systems enhancements, and analytical capabilities to improve planning effectiveness, forecast quality, and operational efficiency.
  • •Monitor planning performance through KPIs and governance forums, identifying opportunities to strengthen controls, standardization, and continuous improvement.
  • •Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned planning processes, supporting cross-functional initiatives and sharing best practices across the Planning organization.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • •6–8 years of Finance experience, with exposure to FP&A, financial planning, forecasting, or business performance management.
  • •Strong understanding of end-to-end planning processes, governance, and finance systems.
  • •Experience leading complex process improvement or planning initiatives.
  • •Fluent spoken and written English.
