Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise on installation technical questions for (re)development and new construction.
  • •Support and advise in M&A/transaction contexts, including second opinions and refinancing.
  • •Perform monitoring and quality controls.
  • •Create maintenance plans and maintenance advice.
  • •Draft technical descriptions and specifications, and support tendering and stakeholder alignment.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed HBO or WO degree in a technical field (e.g., installation engineering, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering).
  • •0 to 8+ years of relevant experience in installation advising and/or delivering construction projects.
  • •Affinity with maintenance, renovation, inspections, and cost estimating.
  • •A goal-oriented, pragmatic, and quality-focused working approach.
  • •Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, combining technical content with commercial interests.
