Partner with Financial Aid leaders and cross-functional teams to eliminate bottlenecks, optimize day-to-day operations, and scale accurate, timely, compliant processes for aid applications, disbursements, billing, refunds, and payment plans. Serve as a strategic advisor to the COO, implement metrics and dashboards, build SOPs, and collaborate with Product and Engineering on technology-enabled improvements.
