Job Summary

Serve as an owner’s representative on client construction sites, monitoring and advising on EHS culture, safety programs, and environmental compliance plans. Develop and maintain safety/health procedures, review contractor EHS plans, and lead incident and hazards communication. Provide field-based coaching and supervision support, support construction management with EHS KPIs and trends, draft regulatory reports, and help deliver basic EHS training and readiness across large data center campus projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor and advise on the client’s EHS culture and support implementation of EHS procedures and regulatory requirements.
•Independently develop, implement, and maintain safety and health programs, systems, and procedures to reduce risk and exposures.
•Review and advise on contractor Environmental Health and Safety Plans (CEHSP) for conformance with owner requirements and local regulations.
•Interface with construction management and deliver timely data on contractor EHS performance (KPIs, trends, incidents, environmental monitoring).
•Draft reports to Federal, State, and local agencies and support EHS training and regulatory updates.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•BS/BA plus 6+ years of experience (or equivalent).

•Due to the nature of work, US citizenship is required.
