Remote Customer Support Agent (P&C)

Handle inbound calls from existing customers and process policy service requests, including adding/removing vehicles and drivers, updating lienholder information, and sending policy documents. Answer questions about coverages and policy benefits, and help customers make changes. Proactively retain policyholders at risk of cancellation by finding solutions, working in a fast-paced call center environment.
