Personal Banker

Serve as a client-first, sales-driven advisor in a KeyBank branch, engaging customers in conversations that uncover financial needs and recommend solutions to support financial wellness. Open and manage consumer and small business accounts and lending products, build new client relationships, and deepen existing partnerships through referrals and proactive outreach. Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, support teller-line branch operations, and participate in branch huddles and debriefs, including occasional Saturday work.
