Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage global balance sheet monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes in compliance with U.S. GAAP.
  • •Lead, review, and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and analyses to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • •Review financial statement disclosures and external reporting requirements; provide guidance for unintegrated acquired entities across ERP environments.
  • •Maintain and strengthen internal controls over financial reporting to ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and reduce risk.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred.
  • •7+ years of progressive accounting experience in a Fortune 500 company and/or public accounting firm.
  • •2+ years of people leadership or demonstrated experience leading teams, projects, or complex accounting initiatives.
  • •Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting requirements, and internal controls over financial reporting.
  • •Experience managing month-end close and balance sheet review processes in a complex global organization.
