Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead research, design, implementation, and deployment of machine learning algorithms, intelligent agents, and optimization solutions for enterprise applications on the C3 AI Suite.
  • •Assist and enable customers to build their own applications on the C3 AI Suite.
  • •Contribute to the design and implementation of new features of the C3 AI Suite.
  • •Analyze model performance across asset fleets, diagnose issues (e.g., low risk scores or false positives), and recommend hyperparameter adjustments.
  • •Collaborate with data and subject matter experts to seek, understand, validate, interpret, and correctly use new data elements.

Key Requirements

  • •MS or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field.
  • •In-depth knowledge of common machine learning techniques and their application, including understanding algorithm limitations and how to adapt them for large-scale results.
  • •Applied AI experience including generative AI, agentic solutions, and regression/classification with supervised and unsupervised learning.
  • •Strong mathematical background in linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.
  • •Experience with scalable ML such as MapReduce and streaming.
