Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow operating discipline policies, procedures, standards, and practices to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of assigned plant areas.
  • •Operate and field check process equipment; monitor process conditions, key performance metrics, equipment, and control systems to maintain or achieve desired rates and conditions.
  • •Perform scheduled operational tasks and tasks arising from resolving unplanned events.
  • •Coordinate with shift teams for workload balancing and conduct effective shift relief for communication and handoffs.
  • •Mentor and train operations personnel; initiate and document preliminary investigations and participate in root-cause investigations as needed.
