Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventive maintenance inspections and service machines (cleaning, oiling, lubricating, and belt changes as needed) to keep equipment in optimal working condition.
  • •Identify root causes of breakdowns, repair machines quickly to reduce downtime, and install replacement parts when required.
  • •Record and report damaged or worn parts and document work performed.
  • •Maintain shop areas, parts, tools, and supplies through cleaning, organizing, inventorying, and stocking.
  • •Coordinate maintenance schedules with managers and collaborate with department/product leaders on equipment modifications, test runs, and continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 27.35 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Mechanically inclined with relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints to diagnose equipment problems.
  • •Ability to enter work records in appropriate computer programs.
  • •Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) and ability to take and pass required internal testing.
