Job Summary

Manage and deliver integrated communications and public relations across internal, external, executive, and media channels for Lucid Motors Middle East. Develop communications that protect and enhance corporate reputation, strengthen stakeholder and media relationships, and support major announcements, financial results, product launches, and corporate engagements. Lead executive communications, crisis messaging, and cross-functional programs, while measuring communications effectiveness and improving channel and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and deliver integrated communications strategies and public relations plans for major corporate announcements, financial results, product launches, and business priorities.
•Develop and oversee communications and content across internal, external, executive, and digital channels aligned with corporate strategy and brand positioning.
•Draft executive speeches, media messaging, briefing documents, presentations, and thought leadership content for the Executive Leadership Team.
•Build and maintain relationships with international media and proactively identify opportunities to enhance corporate reputation and profile.
•Lead communications planning and delivery for complex, high-profile cross-functional projects and support crises with holding statements, executive messaging, and media responses.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Business Administration in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related discipline; Master’s degree advantageous.
•Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in corporate communications or public relations, or in a communications agency environment; automotive and mobility experience advantageous.
•Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills to produce high-quality communications under pressure.
•Experience developing content across internal, external, and digital communications channels.
•Experience supporting media relations, executive communications, and corporate communications initiatives with strong stakeholder management.
