•Work with proposal offer owners and sales to understand project scope and pre-qualify contractors for the work scope.
•Support site walkdowns with vendors to obtain competitive bids based on customer specifications.
•Create Scope of Work (SOW) documents aligned to scope requirements using industry knowledge, walkdowns, and input from proposal offer owners.
•Evaluate vendor quotes for accuracy and partner with project teams to develop optimized outage plans and schedules.
•Ensure consistency and accuracy in subcontractor bidding and manage subcontractor relationships to improve cost estimates and minimize technical risk.

Travel: High travel
