Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to the design, development, and shipping of features in Jump’s AI-for-financial-advisors stack using Elixir, LiveView, Postgres, and cloud tooling.
  • •Communicate clearly and respectfully, incorporating feedback from teammates to help the whole team grow.
  • •Collaborate with a small, efficient dev team to maintain clean, well-tested, and well-architected code; participate in reviews and architecture decisions.
  • •Adapt to shifting priorities and drive results in a fast-growing startup environment.
  • •Mentor and support teammates, contributing to technical direction and best practices across the team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 30 - 60 hourly
