Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the technical and application expert for assigned attachment products, applications, and market segments.
  • •Partner with field sales to support dealer, distributor, and customer opportunities and ensure correct attachment-to-application matching.
  • •Support product demonstrations, trials, and proof-of-concepts; assist with deeper product knowledge during customer discussions.
  • •Facilitate product and application training for sales teams, dealers, distributors, and customers, including training content development.
  • •Collect and communicate field feedback and provide technical input for issue review, escalation, continuous improvement, and new product introduction activities.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of relevant technical experience preferred, with equivalent field/product/application/equipment experience considered.
  • •Experience with attachments, capital equipment, construction/industrial equipment, rental channels, dealers, or distributors preferred.
  • •Strong mechanical and technical aptitude to understand product capabilities, limitations, and application fit.
  • •Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly (including domestic and occasional international travel).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, a technical field, business, or related discipline preferred; equivalent experience considered.
