Key Responsibilities

•Operate and monitor rock, sand, and gravel plant equipment to batch, crush, and sort materials for construction projects.
•Control machinery from the panelboard to support smooth feeding, crushing, and sifting processes.
•Observe gauges and machinery to uphold strict quality and safety standards.
•Perform routine plant maintenance and assist with repairs using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
•Keep the worksite and plant clean and safe; mentor and train newer team members and perform general labor as required.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED required.
•Valid Driver’s License; Class A or B CDL preferred and clean driving record.
•At least 2 years’ related experience preferred (training available).

•Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check; valid DOT medical card (or willingness to obtain one).
