Job Summary

Manage the inVision/Impact portfolio by establishing project administration, structures, and operating rhythms across the division. Lead internal operational initiatives end-to-end, support portfolio-level practices, and improve processes by identifying bottlenecks. Own recurring meetings and goal-setting cadences, prepare leadership materials, and support key events. Actively use AI tools and automation to enhance productivity, reporting, and analytical material preparation.

•Support portfolio-level practices including project maturity assessment and portfolio management.
•Set up project administration, operational structures, and boards (including Jira and other trackers) with reliable data and follow-through on updates and deadlines.
•Conduct needs assessments and stakeholder analysis to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
•Lead internal operational initiatives end-to-end, including rolling out new software/processes and improving existing processes to remove bottlenecks.
•Own operational rhythms (recurring meetings, agendas/materials/minutes, follow-ups) and manage goal-setting cadence and leadership materials.
•Actively implement AI tools (LLMs, agents, automation) and automate routine reporting and analytical preparation.
