Job Summary

Manage and grow TikTok’s News content partnerships by building executive-level relationships with publishers across North America and globally. Analyze publishers’ short-form performance data, identify blockers, and deliver strategic recommendations to improve partner ROI. Co-manage publisher content portfolios and execute central content strategy in partnership with Product, Creator, Ad Sales, and Business Development teams. Drive incremental growth and scaled content impact through data-informed relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify emerging content areas and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to build approaches and drive business goals and content impact.
•Translate channel partners’ needs and priorities into opportunities for incremental growth and product innovation.
•Use data to identify blockers and propose solutions using key Content Operations metrics and measurements.
•Develop and execute central content strategy and relationship management for partner stakeholders.
•Co-manage partners’ content portfolios with Product, Creator, Ad Sales, and Business Development teams to execute publisher strategy.

Key Requirements

•Experience across media, data, partnerships, and strategy, including working with product teams.
•Strong understanding of key Content Operations metrics and measurement with analytical, reporting, and data storytelling ability.
•Ability to work with industry and cross-functional stakeholders to steer complex projects with strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to articulate business issues, recommend solutions, and kick off projects to support core business priorities.
•Bachelor’s degree required.
