Own and maintain Account and Settlement Instructions data across HSBC global banking and markets systems, including setup, amendments, and de-activation. As an individual contributor with assistant manager responsibilities, help run daily operations, manage queue/volumes and timely approvals, meet customer turnaround needs, and ensure adherence to FIM, audit, and compliance controls. Support operational risk assessments, process training/knowledge retention, and escalate potential showstoppers.
