Team Lead, Market Operations

Lead local Market Operations by running the Carvana hub end-to-end, including market launch, operations, logistics, and consumer branding. Inspire and manage a team of Customer Advocates through recruiting, onboarding, coaching, performance check-ins, and goal setting. Monitor and present regular reports to upper management, address complex customer-facing issues, and continuously improve both the customer and Advocate experience while staying hands-on with daily execution.
