Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage stakeholders (architects, engineers, and supply chains) to deliver compliant projects.
  • •Analyze and track critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips, and forecast/update key milestones and budget.
  • •Ensure effective project governance, processes, and systems are utilized; apply best practices across projects.
  • •Produce formal project status reports and other required reporting outputs.
  • •Monitor multiple construction projects concurrently, manage supplier and design-team interfaces, and respond rapidly to field RFIs.
