Job Summary

Partner with the Trades workforce at Osborne by embedding enterprise people strategy across talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, and leadership coaching. Act as the operational interface between the delivery business/function and the People Lead, delivering portfolio-aligned projects and fostering a trusted, accountable environment. Drive governance for employee and industrial relations matters, ensuring compliance, and support stakeholder engagement as an HRBP advocate. Maintain required baseline security clearance.

Key Responsibilities

•Embed people strategy elements (talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, and leadership coaching) within the portfolio across the employee lifecycle.
•Serve as the operational interface between the delivery business/function and the People Lead.
•Execute portfolio projects aligned to the strategic direction for the workforce.
•Contribute to an open, trusted environment by motivating the team and holding them accountable.
•Provide governance for employee relations and industrial relations matters, managing organizational risk and ensuring compliance with the Operational Framework.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated experience as an HRBP or comparable HR business partner role(s) supporting a delivery workforce.
•Significant knowledge of HR policies and processes including workforce planning, Enterprise Agreements, and talent management practices.
•Build effective relationships across delivery teams and the broader People team, supporting the People Lead as an advocate for the delivery area or function.
•Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence stakeholders within the portfolio to deliver business outcomes while maintaining key relationships.
•Be able to gain and maintain a minimum BASELINE Security Clearance (or higher as required).
