Key Responsibilities

•Define, own, and execute a multi-year AI product vision and roadmap specifically for HSBC Wealth & Personal Banking, aligning it with global business objectives for hyper-personalization and operational cost reduction
•Identify and prioritize high-impact AI-native and AI-augmented opportunities, including those leveraging Generative AI, across the entire customer lifecycle and internal operational workflows
•Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessments to identify emerging AI trends and translate them into actionable product strategies
•Develop compelling business cases for AI product initiatives, including detailed financial projections, return on investment (ROI) analysis, and risk assessments
•Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise strategy and governance across a complex banking environment

Key Requirements

•Minimum 12 years of hands-on analytics experience solving complex business problems using data
•Strong analytical skills with business analysis experience or equivalent
•In-depth knowledge and understanding of wealth management and banking operations is a must
•Deep knowledge and commensurate experience with AI/ML concepts, techniques and tools including Gen AI
•Proven leadership track record in dynamic banking environments and complex matrix structure
