Associate Director, Post Production & Quality Operations

Lead regional Post Production/IQR programs that drive inspection center growth and close operational gaps. You’ll partner across teams at multiple sites to develop and deploy standardized quality practices, coach and develop post-production teams, and manage performance of internal and external vendors. Build reporting, metrics, and staffing models with key partners, lead large change initiatives and process rollouts, and provide clear operational direction to ensure timely execution.
