Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead comprehensive market studies to identify organic/inorganic growth opportunities, including market size, growth potential, customer needs, emerging technologies, regulatory norms, and competition.
  • •Support preparation of internal and external leadership presentation materials.
  • •Perform benchmarking analyses to compare Eaton’s products, services, and processes against competitors and industry best practices and provide actionable insights.
  • •Develop robust business cases and strategic rationale for new investments, product launches, market entries, and expansions, including quantified financial impact and strategic benefits.
  • •Synthesize complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and leverage analytics/AI-driven tools and structured strategy frameworks to craft strategic narratives for executive audiences.

Key Requirements

  • •Requires an MBA; preferably an Engineering graduation.
  • •6–8 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy/regional strategy & planning roles.
  • •Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, including understanding industrial and manufacturing products, customers, and competitors (electrical and aerospace markets preferred).
  • •Ability to prepare materials and participate in executive reviews and executive-level material preparation.
  • •Proficient English writing/reporting and strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills (plus above-average Microsoft Word and Internet research capabilities).
