Job Summary

Own content quality and availability across Invesco’s EMEA content domains, partnering with marketing and technology stakeholders to execute content strategy and roadmaps. You’ll perform hands-on research and triage to identify and remediate content quality and distribution issues, standardize quality metrics, and build dashboards/reporting to track improvements. You’ll also maintain taxonomy and support development and deployment efforts using analytics to drive client engagement and accessibility.

•Execute defined content strategy and roadmaps to improve the quality, availability, and usability of content primarily within EMEA domains.
•Perform hands-on triage, research, and remediation of content quality issues and content distribution problems, including escalation and resolution.
•Develop and standardize content quality metrics; build reports/dashboards to provide visibility into content impact for senior leadership.
•Analyze content to identify what improves efficiency, accessibility, and client interaction, and communicate trends, insights, and solutions.
•Partner with EMEA and NA content domain experts to develop and maintain global ecosystem taxonomy and support solution-building with stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•BA/BS in a relevant field or 5 years of experience in tech platforms, project management, and/or content development and distribution.

•Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, initiative, and deadlines.
•Ability to work effectively with ambiguity and exercise independent judgment aligned with departmental goals.
•Knowledge of content and categorization processes (e.g., campaign, program, asset class, and product) and content metrics/analytics.
