Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive enablement and delivery of AMD platform features across pre-silicon and post-silicon development phases.
  • •Develop, integrate, and support Linux kernel and device driver solutions for embedded and virtualized environments.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical dependencies and align execution with program milestones.
  • •Debug and optimize system-level interactions across Linux kernel, I/O subsystems, virtualization layers, and platform hardware.
  • •Support Ethernet driver enablement, including MAC/PHY integration, virtualization, DMA, interrupts, and performance tuning.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 3,103,450 - 4,433,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of several years of professional experience in Linux kernel development and device driver work
  • •Strong proficiency in C programming and kernel debugging, profiling, and performance analysis
  • •Hands-on experience with Linux I/O subsystems (PCIe, USB, I2C, SPI, UART, GPIO) and virtualization technologies (Xen, KVM, QEMU)
  • •Experience with Ethernet driver development, MAC/PHY integration, VirtIO-net, SR-IOV, DMA, NAPI, and interrupt handling
  • •Familiarity with Yocto-based BSPs for embedded Linux platforms and memory management concepts such as cache coherency and zero-copy
