Provide 24x7 operations support and consult on network and security technologies including Check Point firewalls, SSL VPN, server load balancers, and Akamai web application firewall. Review and recommend on firewall requests, assess security incidents, and streamline procedures to prevent recurrence. Support POCs with technical sign-off and customer recommendations, validate change requests, manage shift handovers, and ensure reporting within SLA across Mumbai/Bangalore environments.
