Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and deepen partner relationships with key segments (Accounting, Private Equity, Venture Capital) and act as trusted advisor to understand partner goals and challenges
  • •Develop and deliver partner onboarding and education on Ramp’s integrations and configuration options, and drive scalable onboarding for partners and their customers
  • •Coordinate with partners and customers to enable efficient, thorough onboarding at scale, ensuring activation and retention
  • •Collaborate with Product and Engineering to share feedback, troubleshoot, and ideate workarounds for partner needs
  • •Proactively manage partner communication and project timelines to exceed quota or key target metrics while adapting to a fast-paced startup environment
