Drive Agoda’s B2B partnership growth by owning end-to-end technical account management for key travel distribution partners. Key Responsibilities

•Drive profitable growth of Agoda’s Strategic Partnerships/Travel Distribution business.
•Manage end-to-end technical account management for Agoda’s largest B2B accounts.
•Own connection performance, including new builds, rebuilds, upgrades, success rates, and ensure optimal inventory, rates, rate plans, content, and availability.
•Extract and analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas.
•Collaborate cross-functionally (especially with Product Managers) and automate business processes to scale operational efficiency and resolve technical issues affecting client connectivity.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, engineering, or computer science field.
•4-6+ years of hands-on experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or similar roles in technology or travel industries.
•Strong analytical skills to use data and insights to drive business strategy and decisions.
•Practical experience with API integrations/data transfers, with strong proficiency in SQL and Excel.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
