Key Responsibilities

  • •Embody a strong client experience culture by being present with every client and teammate and recognizing the impact of your work.
  • •Accept and accurately process financial service transactions, identifying opportunities to deepen and expand client relationships.
  • •Serve as a resource to identify and resolve more complex client servicing issues.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and transition clients to a Banker or provide customized financial wellness recommendations.
  • •Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures, balance the cash drawer within guidelines, and work Saturdays as directed by management.

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
  • •Experience developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources through tele-consulting, calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
  • •Experience with cash handling (required).
  • •General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator (required).
  • •Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms (required).
